Terms of Service for 8BITDO

Order Processing and Shipping

8BITDO commits to processing all orders within 1-3 business days. After processing, delivery generally takes 7-12 business days, depending on your shipping address and the method selected at checkout.

Shipping fees are calculated based on your chosen shipping method and address, and will be clearly shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

8BITDO retains the right to accept, refuse, alter, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to stock shortages, pricing errors, payment verification failures, or suspected fraud.

Payment Terms

All payments must be finalized at checkout using one of the payment options provided on the 8BITDO website.

By placing an order, you affirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method, and that all payment details supplied are truthful and complete.

Order Cancellations

You can request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing it. To do so, please contact us immediately at qetonclara@gmail.com.

Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may not be fulfilled if your order has already been processed or dispatched.

Returns and Refunds

The majority of items purchased from 8BITDO may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us at qetonclara@gmail.com with your order information.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
